Blue Origin's New Shepard suborbital rocket remains on schedule to launch on its 16th flight to space and its first with astronauts on board on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, from Launch Site One, 160 miles east of El Paso, Texas. Founder Jeff Bezos will be accompanied aboard the flight by his brother Mark Bezos, 82-year-old aviator Wally Funk, and 18-year-old Oliver Daemen of the Netherlands. Funk and Daemen will become the oldest and youngest people to fly in space, respectively. Daemen will also become the first paying customer Blue Origin will send into space.
