Printmed-3D laboratory at Unimi State University of Milan prints human organ parts, Italy - 19 Jun 2024
Italian researcher Lorenzo Migliorini poses in the new Printmed-3D laboratory at the physics faculty of the Unimi State University of Milan, in Milan, 19 June 2024, where parts of organs of the human body can be 3D-printed for medical use. The new laboratory was inaugurated as 'a project created to develop 3D printing applied to surgical training and personalized medicine through the combined use of virtual reality and functional additive printing technologies,' the Unimi university explains on their website.
