Anti ULEZ demonstrators outside the High Court. They are opposed to the proposed ULEZ (Ultra Low Emission Zone) expansion.
The Judicial Review on the ULEZ expansion begins today. This challenge has been
brought by the London boroughs of Hillingdon, Bexley, Bromley, Harrow, and Surrey County Council against Mayor Khan's proposed ULEZ expansion on the 29th August.
