Threats denounced to commission investigating covid management in Brazil, Brasilia - 18 May 2021

A group of senators investigating the management of the coronavirus pandemic by the Government denounced that it has 'received various threats' and demanded that they be investigated by the Federal Police. The complaint about the threats received by members of the parliamentary group was presented by Rodrigues at the opening of a session in which former Foreign Minister Ernesto Araujo, who held office between January 2019 and March 2021, will be questioned when he resigned under pressure from related political sectors.
