Former border inspector Frode Berg appears in court in Oslo, Norway, 05 February 2020, as a witness for Norwegian company Olen Betong. The company has brought legal action against the government concerning compensation of economic loss as a result of recruitment attempts from Norway's secret services. In 2007 and 2008, Olen Betong Group invested several hundred million Norwegian kroner in a venture in the Murmansk region of Russia.
Frode Berg was released from Russian prison last November, following 23 months of being arrested and later convicted of espionage.
