Khaled Khiari, Assistant Secretary-General for Middle East, Asia and the Pacific, Departments of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs and Peace Operations attends SC meeting in New York called by Russia's request after Iranian consulate in Syria was hit by missile. Iran alleged that Israel was behind that attack.
