The President of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro (2-R) accompanied by his wife Cilia Flores (R), receives the president of Colombia Gustavo Petro (2-L) accompanied by his wife Veronica Alcocer (L), in Caracas, Venezuela, 18 November 2023. The president of Colombia, Gustavo Petro, arrived in Venezuela this 18 November to participate in the International Book Fair (Filven) and hold a private meeting with his Venezuelan counterpart, Nicolas Maduro, with whom he plans to talk about migration and the risks of a drought in the region.
