Paraguay, Brazil join forces to destroy 183 hectares of marijuana, PARAGUAY, PY - 25 May 2022
At least 183 hectares of cannabis plants, with an estimated production of 600 tons of drug, have been destroyed in the last eight days in an operation carried out by authorities from Paraguay and Brazil. The operation, called "Nueva Alianza XXXII" (New Alliance XXXII), involves some 100 officers from the National Anti-Drug Secretariat (Senad) and the Brazilian Federal Police.
