New ULEZ cameras and signs (pictured) have been installed around the town of Uxbridge in the London Borough of Hillingdon. It has been reported today that the Government have taken legal advice and will not try to stop Sadiq Khan from rolling out the new extended ULEZ zone. From the 29th August, Uxbridge and huge areas of outer London will become part of the extended Ultra Low Emission Zone that is being put in place by London Mayor Sadiq Khan and Transport for London. Those driving into Uxbridge will either have to have a ULEZ compliant vehicle or pay £12.50 every time they drive into Uxbridge once the new extended Ultra Low Emission Zone scheme comes into force. Drivers who fail to pay the £12.50 charge receive a penalty charge notice (PCN) of £180, although this figure is reduced to £90 if paid within a fortnightThông tin quan trọng
