Nearly 2,000 Deaf People From All over Spain Gather This Saturday in the Plaza De Callao, MADRID - 28 Oct 2023

A moment ago, around 2,000 deaf people from all over Spain gathered in the Plaza de Callao in Madrid. On this same day, October 28, starting at 11:00 a.m., the State Confederation of Deaf People (CNSE) held a rally for the deaf community. Some 2,000 deaf people from all over Spain have been confirmed to attend this event. The purpose of this meeting was to celebrate the enactment of Royal Decree 674/2023, of July 18, which approves the regulation of the conditions of use of sign language in Spain.
