Most of the Ultra Low Emission Zone ULEZ cameras in Uxbridge in the London Borough of Hillingdon have been targetted again by Stop ULEZ Blade Runners who have sprayed the camera lenses with white paint so that they can fine non compliant motorists with a daily £12.50 fine.
