At approximately 9:31 a.m., Friday morning, on the 3800 block of W. Flournoy St., a 38-year-old male victim is inside a stationary vehicle when an unknown suspect is approaching on foot and beginning to fire shots. The victim is sustaining a graze wound to his head and is being transported to the hospital, where he is listed in critical condition. No suspects are in custody.
