Russian missile attack targeted the Ukrainian cities of Kyiv, Kharkiv, Pavlohrad, and Balakliia, killing at least 4 people, wounding several others, and damaging residential buildings. According to an official, nine people were injured in the capital of Kyiv, while 3 people died and 28 people were injured in the attack in Kharkiv.
