A ULEZ sign in Harefield. The majority of Ultra Low Emission Zone ULEZ cameras in Harefield, Uxbridge have been destroyed by anti ULEZ so called "Blader Runners". The much hated ULEZ scheme will doubtless pay a key part in the forthcoming London Mayor elections. The scheme was introduced by London Mayor Sadiq Khan. Conservative canditate, Susan Hall, has said that if she is elected that she will scrap the ULEZ scheme
