Vandalised Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) cameras in Ickenham, in the London Borough of Hillingdon. Thousands of controversial ULEZ cameras continue to be out of action as vigilantes vandalise them or remove them completely. The camera lens of this camera has been sprayed over using expanding foam. The new extended ULEZ scheme became operational across all outer London Borough from 29th August 2023. The extended ULEZ zones have been put in place by London Mayor Sadiq Khan and Transport for London. Those driving into ULEZ zones where the cameras are operational, will either have to drive a ULEZ compliant vehicle or pay £12.50 every per day when they drive into the new extended ULEZ
