China Hong Kong Court Riot Instigators Proceedings Adjournment - 18 May 2020

A Hong Kong court adjourned on Monday the proceedings against instigators of Hong Kong riots Jimmy Lai Chee-ying, Lee Cheuk-yan and some other people involved in illegal assemblies last year to June 15. The West Kowloon Magistrates' Courts said the case that concerns altogether 15 people suspected of participating in, organizing, or inciting others to participate in unauthorized assemblies will be transferred to the District Court.
