A B-class building in Broad Street is up for sale in what has been described as a prime Broad Street investment opportunity.
Currently housing Waterstones and Fone World for an annual freehold income of £325,000 a year, 89-89A Broad Street has stood since the 1750s. It has been suggested that the acting agents will accept offers around £3.8 million.
Other developments in the area in the area include the £100 million spent on the Thames Tower and the refurbishment of Arquis House and Forbury Works.
