Black Live Matter protest for Belgium student, Sanda Dia by Moments Contained, a four-meter-high statute of a black woman dressed in jogging pants and trainers looking out over Rotterdam's Stationsplein, the statute is made by British artist Thomas J Price. Black Lives Matter and others, gathered outside Rotterdam's busy Stationsplein, for Sanda Dia, a twenty-year old Belgium university student of colour, who met his death at a fraternity initiation ceremony known as Reuzegom in 2018. The ceremony was tantamount to torcher, in which two other students also participated. Mr. Dia was subjected to: the drinking of fish oil, large amounts of gin, spending hours in a pit filled with ice-cold water, where he was fed live goldfish and blended mice. Mr. Dia had collapsed and was eventually taken to hospital where he died of a heart attack two days later. The coroner's report found that toxic salt levels caused by the excessive amounts of fish oil had led to his death.重要資訊
