Heavy storms with plenty of hail have been raging in southern Bavaria since the evening hours. The areas close to the Alps are particularly affected. A supercell moved from feet across to Garmisch-Partenkirchen. In the luggage there is no snow but a real hail mass. The village of Ried on Lake Forggensee was particularly fierce. A wheel loader was in use to remove the hail from the road. A cyclist was completely surprised by the hail and the masses. "I could still imagine myself under a plane, and then it started hailing. In Tutzing, the road in the center of the village was under water. Some vehicles were stuck. The water was up to 50 cm high. It rained partly like buckets. The storm is currently stretching south of Munich to Rosenheim
